Following the success of debut album Scottish Cringe which received acclaim and airplay from the likes of Radio 6 DJ's Steve Lamacq and Tom Robinson as well as a live performance on BBC Radio Scotland, Life Coach returns with second album A Love Letter to Your Yearning Heart. Life Coach – now a four-piece having formerly been the solo project of Glasgow based poet Jamie Cameron – take influence from a diverse blend of sources including the bubblegum-pop era nineties and East Coast lo-fi indiepop bands like Swearin', Ratboys, Free Cake For Every Creature and All Dogs. Life Coach is an ironic title and the modern world is a central theme to the music as the band use thrashy guitars, aggressive spoken words vocals and an accordion to rally against, umm...just about everything!

“F*****g fantastic”
- Tom Robinson, Fresh on the Net

“So addictive and absolutely incredible”
- Anna Welander, BBC Radio Scotland

“Raw & essential”
- Shell Zenner, Amazing Radio

"Life Coach balances here between the perky moments of fellow countrymen Arab Strap and The Streets with Mike Skinner charged by duracell batteries. Irresistible stuff."
- Turn up the Volume
